How it works.
Once your event date is secured with a 25% deposit, here’s what to expect:
Design Review & Approval
You’ll receive a preview of your custom print designs. Approve them as‑is or request one round of edits.
(Additional rounds of edits are $100 per round.)
Print Production Begins
Production begins once designs are approved, ensuring smooth operation for your event.
(Once designs are sent to print, changes cannot be made.)
Event Day Setup & Support
We provide tokens/quarters for your guests to use the machine, set up and take down the machine at the end of the event, and deliver any leftover prints directly to you as keepsakes.

Yes. We can fully design your set or polish supplied artwork for vending.

We’ll recommend quantities based on guest count and event length—most hosts plan 1–2 vends per guest.

Yes—we will create a custom machine insert and signage for your event to keep your look cohesive. Our machines are painted white, and we use clear or white capsules to ensure they can match almost any theme. Branded cover cards or specific colored prize capsules can be added on.
